EVENTS:

Scratch singles and doubles are offered in the following categories:

Men - (18-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-54), (55-59), & (60+)

Women – (18-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-49) & (50+)

Handicap singles and doubles are offered in the following categories:

Men - (18-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-54), (55-59), & (60+)

Women – (18-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-49) & (50+)

MISCELLANEOUS:

Each competitor will pay his/her green and cart fees with their application fee.

 

COMPETITION DURATION:

This is a three-day 54-hole tournament.

 

SCHEDULING RULES:

      Foursomes shall be arranged by age classification.

      No more than two members from the same agency in one foursome.

      Tee-times will be pre-assigned.

      Competitors will play three different courses.

      One day will be set aside for rainouts.

       

SCORING RULES:

      Aggregate score determines single scratch winners.

      Best ball score per hole determines two-man team winners.

      No golfer may keep his/her own score.

      No "gimme" puts.

      No mulligans are permitted.

       

GENERAL RULES:

      Competitors must report to course fifteen minutes prior to assigned tee time – there is a two-stroke penalty for being late.

      A golfer is automatically disqualified if he/she is 30 minutes or more late for their assigned tee-time.

      Course pro may be included in Rules Committee.

      In the event of ties, they will be played off of the scorecard of the last day’s competition, beginning with the first hole.

      All protest must be made to the event coordinator, Rules Committee, or the Law Enforcement Games committee after the completion of day’s play. Protests will not be considered for the next day for previous day’s infraction.

      Lost card = disqualification.

      Results will be posted at the registration headquarters at the end of each day’s play.

      Results will be posted at the courses beginning with the second and third days’ play.

      Green fees and cart fees are paid each day by the competitor to his/her respective course of play. The Law Enforcement Games also charges the standard registration fees.
